Founders

Hire us to run product management. We tell you what moves the numbers.

Ask “what are my priorities?” and you get back the top product enhancements, ranked by what actually moves your numbers and validated by the market.

We create and manage your product context from every sales call, every customer ticket, note or idea that comes in. And when you have none of that yet, we derive it from your product market alone.

The answer to what are my priorities: product enhancements ranked by what moves the numbers
Who benefits the most

Founders already do product. Between everything else.

The input never stops: customer conversations piling up, and a market that keeps moving. Nobody can read all of it, and you do not have to. You need the few problems that move your numbers.

The solo founder

No team to manage, and no case for hiring one. What you need is the fit and the number: which customer pain, out of everything you have heard this month, actually pulls sign-ups or revenue.

For you the ranked backlog is the whole job, done. One list, ready every morning.

The founder with 20+ people

Engineering is AI-native and already fast. The bottleneck moved to information flow: what a customer said on Monday's call has to reach whoever is building on Tuesday, already synthesised into a need with the evidence under it.

We do that synthesis and drop it into the process you already run. No new ritual for the team to learn.

The founder of a physical product

Nothing gets prototyped in an afternoon, so being wrong is expensive and slow to undo. Your leverage is the devil's advocate: an AI that argues against the idea before anything is tooled, or right after, while it is still cheap to change.

Insight on physical products is scattered across the web and hard to gather. We gather it for you, and that is what the devil's advocate argues from.

How we know

Every priority traces back to a sentence someone said

A customer or sales call goes in. Out comes every sentence with a pain point, and why it is a problem in your product market. Same problem, different words, one entry. Ranked by traction.

Present product strategy to investors or your board on fact, not opinion. And fast. Every customer problem in your data or your market behaviour can be traced back to its original sentence. You never have to check it, but you always can.

The market check

Proof the customer pain is real, without your data

Before you build any feature, you want to know whether the market already solved this. Finding out means reading competitor changelogs and release notes going back years. No founder does that.

We can track the strength of a customer pain point without any data from you. And that strength goes straight into your ranked list of opportunities. We scan the market for you, automatically. Every matching product, plotted by the quarter it shipped (often a decade back).

The second opinion

Six angles. One devil’s advocate.

A customer pain looks different from marketing, from traction, from market size, from the business model. Most founders check one or two, then build.

The agent takes you through all six and argues the other side while you go. It is connected to the market data, so you are not testing your idea against your own opinion. You are testing it against the market. Everything you argue out stays attached to that pain point, ready as context when you build.

Agentic AI product development

It runs where you already build

Install the skill in Claude Code and your agents inherit the same context: your products, the ranked pain points, the evidence under each one. Nobody has to go looking for what to work on. The priorities are already in the terminal. You stay on product strategy. We crunch the numbers.

FAQ

What founders ask us first

I don’t have much data yet. Is this useless to me?
No. That is the case it was built for. Half the context never comes from you. From your website we work out your market and pull the products closest to yours, so there is something to prioritize against on day one. Your own data sharpens it from there.
How long before I have a ranked list?
First results land in about 15 minutes. The app keeps calibrating in the background for the next 24 hours, so the list sharpens on its own after that first pass.
I already use ChatGPT or Claude for this. Why add a tool?
A general LLM works from two things. What you paste in, and what it was trained on. Neither knows your product or its market, so every good answer depends on context you supply, and you supply it again every session. We build that context instead, with nothing for you to set up, and we keep it updated. Your customer evidence, your product history, your market. It stacks on top of the general model rather than replacing it. Change your product strategy and you rebuild nothing.
Do I need to work in the terminal?
No. Everything runs in the web app. The Claude Code skill is optional, there for founders whose team already builds in a terminal.
Does it only work for software products?
No. Physical-product founders often get the most out of it. When you cannot prototype in an afternoon, being wrong is expensive. That is what the devil’s advocate is for. It argues against the product or feature idea from six angles before anything is crafted. That sharpens your product strategy. Often you end up not building the thing at all.
What if I want to write the priorities myself?
There is a fully manual mode. You write the list yourself, for whatever reason, and often the reason is simply how you prefer to work. It can run alongside the AI-created lists. Your agents read it exactly as they read the automatic one. Or you open it in the web app.
What does it cost?
There is a tier for founders. Plans, credits and token prices are all on the pricing page.
