We met many founders on Start-up Disrupt 2026 Prague

We attended Startup Disrupt 2026 on a boat on the Vltava in Prague. It was a very inspiring event. We met many interesting people building products that aim to change the world. A great event.

One topic that kept coming up in almost every conversation with founders and small companies was product adoption and how teams are working with AI.

It’s clear that building new digital features and products is no longer the main challenge when it comes to development. What is much harder for European startups is getting new features adopted, finding the first customers, and building a solid process around bringing the product to market.

Another major challenge for many teams is figuring out how AI fits into the way they develop products. In other words: “So, how do we actually develop products now? And what does the process look like?”

The old way of developing software — starting with discovery ➜ followed by planning ➜ and ending with delivering a feature — no longer quite reflects how products are built today.

That’s why we’ve prepared some interesting product updates for founders and small development teams who don’t have a dedicated product or go-to-market team, work in the terminal, focus on outcomes, and are looking for product-market fit.
